Founder and owner behind the vision, Robert Niehaus began his real estate career in 1979, where he worked his way up to Senior Vice President and Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker Commercial before deciding to pursue his own enterprise. Using his skill set in networking and his familiarity with the industry, Bob founded Niehaus Properties in 1994 with the goal to create a full service real estate company specializing in confidential off market opportunities. With an unstoppable work ethic, excellent negotiation skills and the confidence necessary to solve complex problems, Bob and his partners have built a reputation for repeat business, efficient closings and well educated clientele. A dedicated father and husband, Bob enjoys spending time biking, flying and traveling with his wife and kids. It's this love of family that fostered Bob's vested interest in helping others create sustainable prosperity, allowing them to support a fulfilling lifestyle and in turn, create similar opportunities for those in their lives.

Joining the company as the Vice President in 1998, Tom brings above and beyond service standards to each transaction. Skilled in handling leasing, landlord and tenant representation, Tom operates on the principle that listening and genuinely caring about clients needs is the top priority. Detail oriented and a straight shooter, Tom is ambitious about pursuing the most up to date information for his clients, ensuring that each party is kept informed througout the process, issues are smoothed over with ease and clients are kept happy. Providing outstanding administrative support for every facet of the business, Tom brings a wealth of experience, a calm, collected demeanor and excellent problem solving skills to the business. With the goal to create lifetime clients, Tom places high importance on honest, trustworthy and ethic client support. Appreciating the novelty of new experiences and good teamwork both at and away from the office, Tom enjoys travel and recreational sports in his down time. 

Nelson King is the newest addition to the Niehaus Properties team, and brings with him 12 years of sales and marketing experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industries from his time as a National Sales Manager with a local manufacturer. Born and raised in Portland, Nelson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2007, and his MBA in Finance from Portland State in 2015, and is excited to apply the skills and knowledge from both his professional and academic pursuits to his commercial real estate dealings. While he is going to be involved with business dealings throughout the Portland Metro Area, his primary area of focus is in the Beaverton and Hillsboro areas. With two little boys under the age of 4, and another one on the way, Nelson and his wife’s time outside of the office consist of finding new and exciting activities to keep the family busy, although they will always make time for Oregon Duck Football games (go ducks!), and traveling to Rancho Mirage and Bend to visit family.
